(Art. 1) Dispone, a partir del 01/07/1978, la distribución de la coparticipación prevista en esta norma y las Leyes 8.709 y 8.796 y modificatorias, entre la municipalidad de General Lavalle y el Municipio Urbano de la Costa y entre la municipalidad de General Madariaga y los municipios urbanos de Pinamar y Villa Gesell. (Art. 2) Establece porcentajes de coparticipación de acuerdo a indicadores.  (Art. 5) Dispone que a los efectos previstos por el art. 8 inc. b) y 11 de esta norma, se considerarán incluidos en la ZONA VIII los municipios creados por el Decreto-Ley 9.024/1978.
DECRETO-LEY 9311/1979 A los efectos previstos en el art. 8 inc. b) del Decreto-Ley 8631/1976 considera incluido en la zona II el municipio creado por Decreto-Ley 9245/1979.
